Everyone knows buying a new car can be a pain, but I had the easiest time at Princeton BMW thanks to their staff. In particular, a good spirited, knowledgeable woman named Julie. She got me the deal I wanted and provided me amazing service until I walked out smiling. Will definitely return for all my future car purchases.

I recently bought a new BMW 535i and worked with Brian Morris from Princeton BMW throughout the entire buying process. This was my first BMW and so I had a number of questions before being ready to make the purchase. Brian was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and comforting in every interaction we had and was knowledgeable about the details. I didn't feel at all pressured and felt that he and his management were fair and honest in trying to give me the best price. I have bought a number of cars and this was by far and away the best experience with a seller that I have had. I was super impressed by Brian and the entire dealership and am in love with my new car. Many thanks to Brian and the entire Princeton BMW team. You guys have earned a customer for life.

This happened twice for me already .... I booked appointments online both times and next day I get a call from the lady at the Princeton BMW service center saying my appointment cannot be honored since they are overbooked and they don't take appointments after 1:30 pm since technician leave after that...this is very sloppy service coming from a BMW dealership! I am going to try some other service center.

We have been previous owners of BMW in a different country. Nearing lease expiration of our current SUV, we wanted to buy the car we liked earlier. So, we walked into the BMW Princeton showroom close to our home having an idea of what we want. After going back and forth, a salesman approached us if we need help. No complains of no immediate attention as we walked in without an appointment. However, since then till the time we left the showroom, the salesperson gave us the impression ( by asking directly several times - are you going to buy ?) that he is interested in talking only if we told him upfront that we are buying right now. 1. We picked a car from inventory that was meeting our criteria, ask the sales guy if we can have a look. He got it for us, but again, "only if you buy ..." 2. Wife asked for test drive - answer is "only if you buy ..." Because we are familiar with the brand, quality, etc, we ignored the behavior and concentrated on moving forward. Myself and my wife briefly discussed and we decided to discuss the pricing (the usual - any further discounts, best px, etc) for closing the deal. I went back to the sales guy and said want to move ahead. I asked him the best offer price, he turned around the qn to me. I quoted the KBB fair price for the model. The sales guy got up and offered to shake hands - doesn't want to talk further. I was done at this point. A customer is sitting to do final negotiation ( after discounting the earlier behavior ) and the sales guy walks away. I along with the family just left the showroom at that point as there is no courtesy here for customers. Not sure how such a prestigious brand keeps such incompetent and rude sales people - it's a shame !!!

I purchased my first BMW very far up north 4 years ago and have had it serviced at Princeton ever since. My service advisor, Luke Stryker has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When it came time to upgrade I met with Mike Webb. Not only is he an all around good guy, he is the least salesy car salesman I have ever dealt with. He knows what he's talking about and the lease and purchase price were exceptional. The whole process takes way too long, but that is no fault of the dealership. My car is awesome and I'm happy. So happy that two weeks later when my fiancÚ whose been looking at new cars asked, I said let's go see Mike Webb. Keep in mind that with the residual value on leases coupled with the best maintenance/warranty in the industry BMW's are much more affordable than people think. We again went to Princeton and after driving a number of cars and again, zero pushiness, leased another gorgeous vehicle. Needless to say, she loves her car and these guys have earned a customer for life.

I have always wanted a BMW and when I had asked around for a dealer of choice many had recommended Princeton BMW. As a first time buyer of this brand I can honestly say that not only was I sold on the product, but the sales team from Princeton BMW far exceeded my expectations of professionalism, care and personal approach toward their customers. They have gained a customer for life!

Everyone was professional and friendly - from the receptionist to our salesman, Aaron Brown, who was charismatic and knowledgeable. I will certainly be going back, and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently visited Princeton BMW in search of a 3-series or possibly an X3. I was greeted and helped by an awesome salesman by the name of Aaron Brown. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have been shopping around at Lexus and Mercedes and by far my experience with Aaron was the most pleasant. I will definitely recommend Princeton BMW and Aaron to my friends/family that are looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Aaron - YOU ROCK!!!

Bought a CPO X5 from BMW of Princeton. I live in New York and this dealer was to order NY plates and send them to me. After 3 weeks and no plates, the temporary reg expired and no one at Princeton would return my calls or give me the NY registration info. When I finally discovered they had sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks- they refused to do anything to help. When I confronted Joe Galizzo with the facts, he yelled at me as if it was my fault. My undriveable new car sat in my driveway for a week before they finally sent me the plates. Through all the unreturned calls and out and out lies, the ONLY person who treated me like a customer was Peggy, their receptionist. The rest were either playing CYA or just plain ignoring me. To this day, no one has even called to apologize. I wouldn't go to this dealer for a light bulb!

Stay Away from them. (Its about the service department and specific to the Service Adviser that I had) I had to take my BMW X5 there to replace my tired and i had a horrible experience. The Service adviser was very rude and he never returned by call. I had to call multiple times to find out when my car is going to be ready. By the time i got to the dealership my adviser was gone and the Actual invoice was much more than that he quoted over the phone. Also he didn't complete all the work that I had asked him to do. When I asked about it they said he will call me on next day but as expected he never called me. We all buy BMW for the ultimate driving experience and if you wanted the worst service experience you have to visit Princeton BMW. Because of this One person Princeton BMW lost my business.. I will never go there anymore.
